Avalanche teams up with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to roll out new infrastructure features and deployments, including validation tools for compliance use cases. The companies explain this in a blog post. Following the announcement, AVAX jumped 24%.
AWS supports Avalanche’s blockchain and dApp ecosystem. Ava Labs announced that Avalanche users can run their operator nodes in AWS GovCloud for so-called FedRAMP compliance use cases. Through this partnership, the crypto protocol can now "support more than 100,000 partners in over 150 countries," AWS said.
With the implementation on AWS, Avalanche hopes to bolster the compliance validator network in several regions. "Our partnership with Amazon can accelerate the positive impact of Avalanche," says Emin Gün Sirer, founder and CEO of Ava Labs.
The price of the Avalanche token has risen by as much as 24% since the announcement. Amazon (AMZ) shares also rose 5%.
