Blocktrace builds AI chatbot for Bitcoin analysis

Blocktrace ontwikkelt een AI-chatbot voor het volgen van bitcoin-transacties. De kunstmatige intelligentie ondersteunt zoekopdrachten voor verschillende talen.

The American startup hopes AI will simplify and speed up blockchain analysis. The company has dubbed the AI "Robby the Robot". A nod to the sci-fi classic "Forbidden Planet". The chatbot can handle questions in any language.

To get information about transactions on the Bitcoin blockchain, users had to use block explorers. Most of these explorers still have some catching up to do on user-friendliness.

"In plaats van dat er een data engineer of data scientist nodig is om vragen in natuurlijke taal te vertalen naar SQL queries, is Robby al getraind op het datamodel en kan hij snel resultaten ophalen voor de gebruiker," vertelde Blocktrace-oprichter Shaun MaGruder aan Decrypt.

Robby is nog in bèta, maar zal naar verwachting later dit jaar beschikbaar komen voor het publiek.
