Pre-orders for Saga 2, Solana's Web3 cell phone, have been running since January 2024. The first pre-order airdrop is now in. The proceeds? $200.

Over the Easter weekend, pre-orderers received 37,000 MEW tokens. The equivalent value at the time: about US$200. A co-founder of Solana, Anatoly Yakovenko, tweeted this.

MEW stands for cat in a dogs world and is one of the newest memecoins on Solana to post big gains. Today, memecoin already posted a 37% gain Since its launch a week ago, it has risen about 260 percent. Its current market capitalization is nearly US$700 million.

This already makes MEW one of the most valuable Solana memcoins, after Dogwifhat, Bonk and Bome. Saga 2 is the successor to Saga, the world's first Web3 cell phone.
