Upon completion of the Chang upgrade, Hoskinson speaks highly of Cardano's performance - but not without delivering a sneer.

Sunday night was the day: Cardano successfully completed the Chang upgrade. The final phase of the roadmap, Voltaire, was ushered in.

This phase is dominated by decentralization. Token holders will now have more say in project planning and network development.

Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson View post on X this "one of the greatest engineering achievements in human history."

Cardano, according to Hoskinson, is "a distributed system operating in more than 100 countries, never shut down, with no central coordination, that has seamlessly upgraded millions of people who have never met into a decentralized nation with its own constitution." According to Hoskinson, this even "puts Bitcoin in the shade."

Cardano, he said, is "now a governance virus that lives, replicates and sustains itself."

Hoskinson does not shy away from the occasional stitch handing out to Bitcoin and its supporters.
