Instagram rolls out NFT feature in 100 more countries

Instagram will roll out its NFT feature in 100 more countries. This was announced by parent company Meta in a press release. According to the press release, the feature will be launched in Africa, the Asia-Pacific region, the Middle East, and North and South America - but there is currently no sign of Europe. The platform also integrates wallets from Coinbase and Dapper. Along with MetaMask, Rainbow and TrustWallet, the network now supports five digital wallets in total. To post an NFT as a contribution, you simply need to link your wallet to your account. There are no fees to post, Meta writes. In addition to Ethereum and Polygon, NFTs created on the Flow blockchain are also supported. Instagram has been experimenting with NFTs since the beginning of May, but initially only in the US.
