Math and crypto classes at school? American parents demand it. A study from Study.com provides new insights into crypto adoption in the U.S. More than 75 percent of parents who invest in cryptocurrencies spend money on their kids' crypto education.

According to the study, American parents want topics related to bitcoin and cryptocurrencies to be a fixed part of the curriculum. Therefore they are already investing an average of $766 in their children's education. More than three-quarters of all respondents with a university degree who rely on Bitcoin and Co. say they would spend $1,086 on their children's education. This could be because 86 percent of them believe they would earn more money if they had formal knowledge of cryptocurrencies and internet-based tech innovations instead of just a college degree.

To participate in the study, subjects had to demonstrate a basic knowledge of the crypto world. Potential respondents who did not understand topics like cryptocurrencies, blockchain, NFTs, and the metaverse were not allowed to participate in the survey.
