Reddit integrates FTX Pay and enables Ethereum purchases
Reddit takes a new step toward crypto.

Reddit is taking a new step toward crypto. After launching an NFT series, they now announced a partnership with FTX Pay in a press release. Thanks to the integration, users in the U.S., the EU, Australia, and other regions can buy Ethereum through select Reddit apps. FTX's payment service provides the infrastructure.
The partnership also opens up new possibilities for Reddit's internal rewards system, the so-called "Community Points." This is a cryptocurrency based on the Arbitrum blockchain that can be used to represent the reputation of a community or a post. Arbitrum is a scaling solution for Ethereum. Eventually, users will be able to use their Community Points to pay for transaction network fees.
