Terra founder Do Kwon reportedly has about $100 million parked in accounts at Swiss Sygnum Bank. Authorities want to freeze the money now.
According to a South Korean news agency , the Terra founder reportedly has about $100 million in accounts at the Swiss Sygnum Bank. During a press conference, the South Korean public prosecutor's office said the money "was used, among other things, to pay a lawyer." Currently, both South Korean and American investigators want to freeze the Sygnum bank accounts.
Extradition of the Terra founder
Kwon was arrested in Montenegro in mid-March and has been in pre-trial detention since. He allegedly traveled with forged travel documents from Costa Rica. The US and South Korea demand the Terra founder's extradition. Do Kwon is accused of billions of dollars in securities fraud.
