Voyager Digital may compensate customers

Voyager Digital will reimburse its customers at least part of their money. This was reported by The Wall Street Journal. A court reportedly approved a motion by the bankrupt lender to award damages of about $270 million. The funds are currently held at Metropolitan Commercial Bank in New York. It is not yet known when the payouts will begin. There are more questions, particularly regarding the $1.3 billion in crypto assets still on the platform. There is no payout plan yet. After the Terra crash, countless companies ran into trouble. When the lender 3AC could not repay a $650 million loan, Voyager Digital also ran into financial trouble. The company rejected a takeover offer from crypto exchange FTX.
