Reward for golden tip on Euler hacker

Earlier this week the Euler lending platform was hacked. About $197 million in cryptocurrency was stolen in the flash loan attack - the biggest DeFi hack of the year so far. Now a reward has been promised for a golden tip to catch the hacker.

Yesterday, Wednesday, Euler Labs announced a bounty on the hacker's head. Tips leading to an arrest would be rewarded with $1 million, according to the statement.

"Today the Euler Foundation is offering a reward of one million US dollars as extra incentive for information that leads to the arrest of the attacker of the Euler Protocol and the return of all funds obtained by the attacker," Euler Labs tweeted.

After the announcement, the attacker began setting aside a portion of the loot. According to security firm PeckShield, 1,000 Ether from the Euler hack was moved through crypto mixer Tornado Cash.
