SEC can't find HEX scammer Richard Heart

HEX founder Richard Heart's hearing on securities fraud charges has been postponed until January. The SEC cannot find the culprit.

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is having a tough time filing charges against accused HEX and Pulsechain founder Richard Heart. This is according to court documents.

Richard Schueler, known in cryptocurrency circles as Richard Heart, allegedly financed an extravagant lifestyle with money from his investors. In doing so, he allegedly embezzled about a billion US dollars. In August, the SEC therefore filed a lawsuit against the founder.

Schueler allegedly lives in Helsinki. The Finnish Ministry of Justice was therefore instructed to file charges. However, there has been no response yet. As a result, the competent court has now postponed the hearing against the HEX founder until Jan. 30, 2024.

Even before his indictment, there were repeated allegations that Schueler's crypto projects HEX and Pulsechains were scams. Heart continues to deny this.
