North Korean hackers have allegedly laundered $610 million from the Ronin attack into Bitcoin via mixers like Tornado Cash.

In an attack on the Ronin network in March this year, about $610 million was stolen. According to Chainalysis, the North Korean hacker group Lazarus was behind the largest hack in DeFi history to date.

The funds have now been laundered through several mixers and fully exchanged for Bitcoin. Accordingly, the funds were first sent through the now-banned Tornado Cash mixer and then moved to several exchanges. The tokens were converted to Bitcoin via renBTC using the mixers Blender and Chipmixer.
