XRP Funds Pull In $740,000 as Price Keeps Falling

Even though XRP ETFs have seen inflows for 13 straight weeks, the coin remains under pressure from a weak market and higher whale transfers to Binance.

XRP Funds Pull In $740,000 as Price Keeps Falling

Key Takeaways

  • US spot XRP ETFs pulled in about $740,000 (€661,000) in net inflows on October 14, while the funds have been attracting money for 13 weeks in a row.
  • XRP fell 3.65% to about $1.32 (€1.18), leaving it roughly 64% below its all-time high of $3.65 (€3.26) from July 2025.
  • Large holders moved more XRP to Binance; 30-day whale inflows rose to 1.669 billion XRP, the highest level in seven months.

US spot XRP ETFs pulled in about $740,000 (€661,000) in net inflows on October 14, but that did not push XRP higher. Even though the funds have been attracting money for 13 weeks in a row, the token kept falling and large holders moved more XRP to Binance.

ETF Inflows Keep Going

According to SoSoValue, the XRP funds posted net inflows for the 13th week in a row. The last week with outflows was the week ending July 10, when about $7.2 million (€6.4 million) left the funds.

Total net inflows now stand at a record $1.80 billion (€1.6 billion). Still, the pace has slowed in recent weeks. The week ending September 25 brought in another $75.6 million (€67.5 million), but the next two weeks added only $4.7 million (€4.2 million) and $11.3 million (€10.1 million).

On October 14, XRP was one of the few funds still attracting money. Zcash funds also pulled in money that day, but they are still in the red for this week.

Price Remains Under Pressure

XRP traded around $1.32 (€1.18) after falling 3.65% from the previous close. That still left the token about 64% below its all-time high of $3.65 (€3.26) from July 2025.

The weak price also pushed the net assets of XRP ETFs down from $1.77 billion (€1.6 billion) on September 25 to $1.51 billion (€1.3 billion). That shows that inflows into funds do not automatically line up with a higher price.

On top of that, the broader crypto market was weak too. Bitcoin and Ethereum also fell after a hotter-than-expected CPI reading came out in the United States on October 14. XRP mostly moved with the broader market because of that.

Large Holders Send Funds to Binance

At the same time, large holders moved more XRP to Binance. Analyst Arab Chain said 30-day whale inflows to the crypto exchange climbed to 1.669 billion XRP, the highest level in seven months.

In September, that figure was still around 1.65 billion XRP. More coins on Binance can increase the amount of XRP that is immediately available for selling, although the analyst warned that the transfers could also point to wallet reshuffling or the use of other Binance services.

For European crypto followers, the mix of steady ETF inflows and a weak price is especially relevant. It shows that institutional demand does not always show up in the price right away, especially when the market is also reacting to macroeconomic data and higher trading activity on exchanges. Earlier XRP ETF buyers also kept buying while the token was underwater, which shows that this gap between inflows and price has been around for a while.
