In the recent upticks in the crypto market, demand for stablecoins has risen significantly. Currently, the total market capitalization of all stablecoins has reached a new record high of 195 billion US dollars.
The market leader remains Tether's USDT, whose market cap has now risen to 133 billion US dollars. This is 13 billion more than a month ago. The second-largest stablecoin is Circle's USDC, with a current market cap of about 40 billion US dollars.
Since the start of this year, the total value of all stablecoins has thus risen by more than 50 percent.
