Elon Musk Now Accepts Dogecoin at the Boring Company

After Tesla and SpaceX, Elon Musk is now accepting Dogecoin as payment at the Boring Company.

Elon Musk is seen as a longtime advocate of Dogecoin. After the serial entrepreneur had already accepted the memecoin at Tesla and SpaceX, acceptance now follows at the Boring Company. This was reported by CNN.

On Twitter the 51-year-old confirmed: "I support Dogecoin where I can." The company is currently building a tunnel system under Las Vegas, called "Loops," where vehicles can move underground. Customers will now be able to pay for rides with Dogecoin.

The Las Vegas Convention Center Loop currently has three stations with a total length of 2.74 kilometers (1.7 miles).

While past Elon Musk announcements have led to big price moves, Dogecoin is barely reacting this time. At press time, DOGE is trading about 1.1% higher at $0.068.
