In a Twitter poll, Elon Musk asked the user community whether he should keep his role as CEO of the social network. More than 17.5 million people voted — nearly 60 percent want Elon Musk to step down as Twitter's CEO.
Specifically, Musk asked: "Should I step down as Twitter's CEO? I will abide by the result of this poll." While personalities like MrBeast View post on X voted "no", Bitcoin advocate Michael Saylor weighed in there View post on X.
Twitter user @ZsoltWilhelm View post on X offered a possible scenario: "If 'Yes', Elon stays on as CEO for a few more months until he finds a loyal successor. If 'No', then Elon stays on as CEO for a few more months until he finds a loyal successor."
Musk had previously held a poll about selling Tesla shares on the platform. Whether the self-styled "Chief Twit" will heed the poll’s outcome remains to be seen. So far, he has not commented on the result.
In recent weeks there have been a string of scandals on the platform. Meanwhile, Dogecoin’s price remains stuck at just under $0.078. In the past Memecoin value has often reacted to the machinations of the "Dogefather".
