Neobank Revolut is expanding its crypto offerings for millions of customers with the introduction of a staking feature.

Neobank Revolut will introduce crypto staking for customers in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area (EEA). This was reported by the British news agency AltFi.

Revolut plans to roll out the feature this week, allowing users to earn income from crypto assets as part of a soft launch. Staking describes the ability to earn extra income (rewards) by staking cryptocurrencies. Staking rewards are the rewards for supporting the network.

A year ago, Revolut expanded its operations with a banking license in ten European countries — including Germany. In the meantime, the neobank says it has more than 25 million customers.
